I am a monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) specialist with over 20 years of experience in research, MEL and project management. At CARE Nederland, I am responsible for strengthening the monitoring & evaluation policies and practices of the organisation and he implementation of the knowledge strategy.

From 2011-2014 I was responsible for setting up and managing the joint MFS II evaluations, involving multiple stakeholders and an evaluation budget of €11 million. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a PhD degree in Health Psychology.
