As a Quality & Accountability Advisor at Kerk in Actie I focus on joint learning and continuous improvement of quality and accountability across partner-based humanitarian and development programs. My work centres on how organisations can work together to apply the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) in practice, through participatory learning, reflection, and adaptation to different contexts and organizational capacities.

Alongside this role, I contribute to quality and accountability processes within ACT Alliance and work as Kerk in Actie’s Program Officer for humanitarian aid in Latin America. With a background in anthropology, I value context-sensitive approaches, meaningful partnerships, and learning-oriented ways to strengthen impact for people and communities affected by crisis and vulnerability.
