In this Humanitarian Governance webinar, Dr Kyungmee Kim (Visiting Researcher at ISS and Assistant Professor at the Swedish Defense) will present a case study of the double complexities of carrying out humanitarian interventions within a conflict zone using the example of the response to Cyclone Mocha in the Rakhine State in Myanmar.

The presentation will be followed by a reflection by Corinne Lamain, Coordinator of the Dutch Humanitarian Knowledge Platform KUNO, and a researcher in the confluence of climate, conflict, and security at ISS. After the presentation and reflection, there will be time for Q&A.
