The paradox of humanitarian aid

This is a TEDTalk by Fiona Terry about humanitarian imperative and principles. Fiona Terry, relief worker and author, explains the clashes between legislation on the criminalization of support, be it intentional or unintentional, to terrorist organizations on the one hand, and humanitarian aid in practice on the other. She explains how it can happen that aid ends up with warring parties, and how that does not mean it is wise to criminalize humanitarian aid.
