About me

With over 12 years of experience with international NGOs operating in conflict settings, I bring a wealth of expertise in cash and voucher assistance (CVA) program management. Specializing in emergency response and recovery, my background in Economics for Development and Management Science complements my skill set. I have successfully managed multi-sector programs ensuring quality assurance through cash programming and mainstreaming gender and protection considerations. As a strategic decision-maker, I have managed contracts with major institutional donors and led dynamic teams in complex environments.
My current role as Program Manager for Humanitarian Action at Terre des Hommes involves designing, managing and monitoring humanitarian programs in several countries, setting the early preparedness plans, providing technical support, and coordination for emergency responses. Prior to this, I served as Emergency Coordinator for CESVI in Libya  overseeing flood response efforts and integrating gender and social inclusion into interventions. My tenure at CARE  as Country Manager in Libya and Project Manager in the Netherlands further honed my skills in operational management, project design, and multi-stakeholder coordination. My academic qualifications and numerous certifications in cash transfer programming and gender mainstreaming underscore my commitment to delivering impactful humanitarian assistance.
